245 escape rooms
The set is alright, but it is a small, single room, dimly lit space. The insane amount of red herrings and lack of signposting was very frustrating. My wife worked on red herrings the entire 40 minutes that we were in the room. And, when we were asked our opinion of the room and we mentioned the amount of red herrings, the GM seemed very proud of them and amused that we spent so much time on them. The lack of signposting meant that we would stumble on codes/answers and not know what they went to and we never got to feel clever about solving things. We also never felt that we knew what we were supposed to work on. This was one of only a couple of rooms that we’ve done that I couldn’t wait to be finished. It really felt like a homemade attempt at a room by someone who had only played one room and thought, I can make one of these.

The room is dark, has a ton of red herrings, and lacks sign posting which all combine for a frustrating experience.

Set design was okay. Small, single space.
Customer service
GM (owner?) was friendly and clearly enjoyed the job.
Difficulty
The excess of red herrings and lack of any signposting artificially increased the difficulty, but more so, the frustration.
