The room was decorated so well, it felt like you were in the middle of Christmas. Beautiful decorations and vibe. There were a lot of items they didn't want you touching or moving, but they told you ahead of time and it was actually nice to know as to not waste time. We had a 6-year old with us and she LOVED it. Part of the game involved toys which was so fun for her.
The room was non-linear but flowed well. It was very clear where you needed to get and what needed to be figured out.
Top notch Christmas town. Totally immersive vibe. You get to wear elf smocks which was fun and not anything I've seen before.
Our game master was fun and made us laugh before we ever got started.

We were trying to entertain the 6-year old so it was fun to do such a fun Christmas room in October. Some puzzles were harder than others, but a nice mix.
You have to get your name off of Santa's naughty list and when you get where you need to be.... you're name is actually there. :) Such a fun surprise and customized to our group.

We have done about 20 escape rooms and this one was on the "easier" side, but that was intentional having a 6-year old with it. We were 3 adult and one child.... got out with 8 minutes to spare.
Mechanical
Mostly locks and but some sensors and computer work.

Not scary
Christmas themed with adorable toys and reindeer.

Very child friendly, but children could not do it on their own. There are even a couple of things for the kiddos to do that aren't really part of the game so it keeps them busy. But enough for them to do and not get bored.

One cabinet became accessible after a puzzle was solved, but it didn't really pop open so we didn't realize it without a hint.

Somewhat
Not to spoil, but it's a multi-room game and there is not really anywhere to sit down if there is someone who prefers to sit and watch. But no crawling, etc.
I'm always on the lookout for places to sit because sometimes my elderly mother likes to just come and watch us play and she can't stand for very long. There really wouldn't have been anywhere for her to do that in this game. There is some squatting and you need to hear some of the clues, but overall, I don't think it is limiting. There wouldn't be room for a wheelchair. If you need reading glasses to see up close, you may want to bring those.

Parking in front of the building is limited, but plenty behind it.

Best holiday themed room we have ever done. Very detailed, well decorated, everything felt approximately themed. My kiddo said "there were things for everyone to do the entire game". Loved it.
