We played this when it was a 30 minute game and were so stoked to find out it is now an hour! Our kid was put by himself so it made it extra challenging, but we survived our serial killer and lived to get captured again!

Really fun! It splits your team up in the beginning and this is a great added feature! I loved the puzzles, clues, and atmosphere!

The room definitely had some creepy, suspenseful vibes. Not over-the-top scary since there was no live actor, but enough to make you uneasy at times. If you’re not a fan of darker or scary-themed escape rooms, this one might make it a bit harder to stay fully focused. The second part of the room was the highlight for me. It introduced some unique puzzles that required using more than just sight, which made for a fresh and intriguing experience. The story itself felt like something straight out of a Saw movie, intense and unsettling, but it flowed well and kept us engaged until the end. We were able to escape with time to spare, and it was definitely a memorable challenge. Just a heads-up: if you’re uncomfortable in dark, tense settings, you may want to think twice before booking this one. But if you’re okay with a slightly creepy vibe, this offers a fun twist on the classic jail escape scenario.

Good room! Mindtrap does it again. Fun and unique puzzles, good set design and the game master was awesome. Glad we got to experience another great room here

I am NOT a thriller, gore, horror or anything like that fan at all and this is one of my personal favorite rooms due to the aspect or needing to use so many different senses. If you get spooked easily don’t worry, this room is doable! I would definitely recommend this room.

Our first escape room and personality my favorite

I’ve never watched the Saw series but I have some friends who shared with me that this room reminds them of what they would see in these movies. I liked the split start - the puzzles were cleverly designed as to force the two groups to work together. Just go in expecting your group to be split but you’ll be working together throughout. There was one puzzle that I’ve always wanted to see in the escape rooms and I’m glad that they made it happen. Some crawling is involved but very minimal and the second room is done in near darkness. The second room actually made this experience memorable for me. I would recommend this with folks who can take a little bit of the “spooky.” I wouldn’t label this room as scary but some courage may get you far in this experience! A group of 4 would be the ideal number of participants for this room.

Taken is an interesting room, because apparently it used to be a 30 minute game, but was very recently revamped to be a 60 minute game via the inclusion of a second…more dark second space. And it does a good job merging two room “types.” The atmosphere in this room was also spot on, horrifying and gross, but fitting. There were a lot of great puzzles and a lot of teamwork needed as you do spend almost the entire game separated from people in the other cell.
