Packed with high-tech overrides, physical panic maneuvers, and cinematic puzzle sequences, it delivers a massive, blockbuster-scale adventure.

Happy we requested no jump-scares ahead of time, as there's no front desk to do so there. Truly immersive, incredible set design, unique branching narrative, and excellent actor interactions. The puzzles I would say are more communication and coordination than logic, which makes sense for a room with a jump scare mode.

Good (and relatively large) set, reasonable puzzles, and some memorable interactions. Lighting was dimmer than I prefer, though I don't recall any problems actually reading things when I needed to. I think the notes about a branching structure are way oversold (just like in CyberCity) - sure, your actions in the game affect what ending you get, but for most of them you don't have any information to make an informed decision - it's pretty much random fortune. At least in this game, one of the branches depends on something you're incentivized to do, so there's a little bit of correlation, I guess?

Puzzles 🧩: 8/10 Set/Wow Factor ✨: 8.5/10 Story/Immersion 🔮: 8.5/10 Fun factor 🤘: 8/10 KONG Protocol was a unique game to play, with some special feature in game flow (branching narrative) that we appreciated when we found out at the end! An impressive set with a good level of tension (more than we initially expected so that took us by surprise and had us unnecessarily on edge) the game was very fun overall. Some of the puzzles didn't quite land with us, for some reason we had trouble with sign posting... we loved a puzzle in the middle that was fun and cute, one challenge closer to the end was physically impossible for the shorter one of us... but it worked out. The finale was a hoot! A solid classic not to be missed.

Cool darkish and semi-spooky room with a cinematic setting and storyline. Amazing details and especially unique interaction needed with the live actor. Loved it. Had one puzzle were the mechanics didn’t work; asked the GM afterwards about it and he went through the extra trouble of restarting the room again so that we can play the puzzle again now properly calibrated. Had a great time - another recommendation for Barcelona! :)

The room is massive, and the cinematic atmosphere immediately hooks you. Instead of standing around scratching our heads over locks and keys, we were completely absorbed by the scale and the rhythm of the mission. It’s physical, it’s fast-paced, and it’s just pure, unadulterated entertainment. We left the room with massive smiles on our faces and a huge rush of adrenaline.

Kong Protocol is a massive, cinematic experience that earns its two-plus hour runtime. The production value is exceptional — enormous, beautifully distressed sets with real environmental texture that makes you feel like you've wandered into something that has actually been abandoned and forgotten. The pacing is solid and the gameplay leans mechanical enough to keep you engaged. One actor carries the whole experience and does so capably. If you enjoy large-scale, narrative-driven rooms with a creature feature atmosphere, this is absolutely worth your time.

9.5/10 K.O.N.G Protocol is one of those experiences where you will say to yourself, “I can’t believe what I’m doing right now!” Time and time again. What an absolute cinematic experience. Truly this is the equivalent of living a movie. The production is wild, the puzzles are air tight, the flow is incredible for the overwhelming amount of props you will be navigating, the fear element is wonderfully done (never feels cheap), the lights are stupendous, and my god what a finale. This is an absolute must on the Spain escape room tour list. Warning: your clothes will get dirty so make sure you bring an outfit you won’t be worried about messing up.

I loved Kong Protocol from the moment we opened the door, and until we were done. This game has amazing sets, great puzzles and wow moments that just keeps on coming. The way they introduce you to the world is fantastic, and they have you on your toes at all time. A truly awesome experience, and one I personally would like to have seen higher on TERPECA (based on the other ones I have played)
