This one was super fun! Right out the gate we were working together fluidly and got out super fast! Loved the theme and the puzzles, would definitely recommend!

My group and I had a lot of fun with this room. With four people it felt like there was plenty for each person to do and try to solve. All the components were working when we went (I saw another review saying some stuff was broken so it must have been fixed since). Very light spoiler: The only confusing puzzle that we had to use a hint for was the shipping ledger at the end and which symbol corresponded to what we were seeing on the shipping box. It just felt like it didn't match.

Overall above average and fun! Not super hard and was an enjoyable difficulty level.

Overall, a really fun room! I liked the puzzles, they were enough to give you a pause to think through properly and nothing was too challenging. I’d rate it a 6/10 on the difficulty scale!

The set was on the better end compared to their other games. And overall Escapology tends to have slightly above average sets and decor. Nothing looked too worn and it appeared everything worked. But also consistent with Escapology, gameplay could have been better. We aren’t used to asking for clues, and we needed several this time because many of the games are not intuitive and actually a little abstract. Game master and host were friendly and attentive, so it was a good experience overall.

Good start to the room with neat starter puzzles, but unfortunately the main puzzle in the 2nd room was broken and again the main puzzle in the 3rd room was broken. To boot, our gm seemed nice but was just busy or overwhelmed and so was not very attentive even when we asked for a clue. We did lose which is ok as being outmatched can be fun, but the zero compassion and lack of interest in their equipment that wasn’t functioning was a downer. We’ve had other middling experiences with Escapology so this may be our last for this brand. Great lobbies, sad rooms.

Interesting boat room. Is set up for multiple difficulties. One of the keys was missing so delayed us a few minutes. Overall fun room.

Well themed pirate ship room. One of the more fun rooms at Escapology.
