This was so much fun, we had the perfect group to play, so it also felt pretty balanced in gameplay. Plus, each of us got to "be a hero"...sort of? Well, we each got to have their powers. Plus, the lead up let us be fun and silly before the game, which I genuinely loved how they kinda just...threw us in and immediately treated us like the cleaning crew. Definitely the most fun I've had for an escape room, and I definitely want to try the others here! (Plus, the atmosphere is amazing, getting to the Escape room was everything I ever wanted, and I just wanna exist there in the Nemisis club for hours drinking Lemon Drops, which would 100000% recommend on a hot day.)

Gameplay

Lot of fun, a lot of working parts and the end was hilarious and fun!

Atmosphere

Shoutout to uncle Seamus for being our guide, but for real, all of it was so much fun and unlocking each part felt hella rewarding. No spoilers, but tricking the flight security stuff was the coolest thing omfg. Also? Loved how the game was set up.

Customer service

Everyone was amazing, the GM gave hints when we needed them, and they were excellently timed each time, lol. Thank you uncle Seamus!

Story

Crawling to find out more about the hero's relationship was amazingly hilarious tbh, I do kinda hope for a sequel somehow

Honestly loved the logic puzzles. Done a few elsewhere where it was like...find a key, put it there. There was a lot of connecting the dots which made everything super rewarding when we got through it.

You do have to crawl through a small crawl space, and (it may depend on the GM), but you will have to jump across things for one of the challenges.

Accessibility

Wheelchair accessible for the most part! The door is has a bit of a bump and it's a bit tight, but my friend could get in and out. There were two moments where you did need to be able to crawl and jump, and then one moment where you have to reach your hand in a hole that'd be hard if you couldn't bend down (or your hands were too big). There were some flashing lights too, and a sound puzzle, oh and some of the information did require reading some handwritten notes. But it was pretty high contrast! And once requiring you to read something mirrored.

This is hands down one of the best escape rooms I’ve ever done! It was so immersive from the minute you walk in the building and it continues the entire way through. The rooms were designed by a disney imagineer so just put that into perspective. It was mind blowing and I was thinking about the puzzles and how everything works the rest of the night. It was so much fun and I will for sure be back to try out the other 2!!

Easily my favorite room at Nemesis. Probably one of the most hilarious games I’ve done in a while. I thoroughly enjoyed flipping the switch and playing the bad guys instead of the heroes. Lots of entertaining puzzles and there was one puzzle with magnets that I thought was absolutely genius in how you’re supposed to figure it out. This room also rewards you for actually paying attention to the story and studying the props around you which I really liked. Lots of jokes that I found so incredibly entertaining and all in all just a silly room. Accessibility wise: 1 person has to do a little bit of floor is lava style climbing. There’s also a puzzle that has one person eat what I assume is a piece of chocolate? It’s not labeled or anything, just in a plastic bag and as a person with allergies I don’t trust anything that I don’t know what it is. It’s a safety thing. So either bring someone without allergies or ask the GM for clarification on what exactly it is. Also, the milkshake bar is fantastic. Brings the entire place up for me in terms of general vibe. We shared the cookie milkshake and had them put the nutter butter on a side plate so my fiancé could eat it and I wouldn’t have a peanut cookie in my milkshake. They were super understanding and accommodating. A perfect treat after 3 back to back escape rooms 😂😂😂

There isn’t anything I could say that hasn’t been said before. I am IN LOVE with this place. They are the best and you’ll have a good time. It’s not even about “escaping” at this point. It’s about having the experience.

This room was truly super. Great level of detail, solid puzzles, and some great, silly moments. This is the second Nemesis Club room we’ve done, Mogollon Monster is slightly more exciting, but Henchmen’s is still a hella impressive offering.
