A very straightforward room with a lot of puzzles. A great room for beginners. We prefer games with more than one room, but this one worked (the fact that it is one room is described on the website).
Gameplay
Gameplay was very linear and flowed well. There were some fun puzzles, but nothing too difficult or challenging.
Atmosphere
A single room with a Grinch theme. Very simple, not immersive, but still festive.
Customer service
The staff was welcoming and accommodating getting us started a little early. They do not interact during the game based on how the rooms are set up, and we did not require any assistance. I can't be 100% sure they were even watching.

Simple, but the puzzles were still varied, and engaging. An excellent beginner room.

We played with three experienced players. This could easily be accomplished with two experienced players, or five or six less experienced players. This room would be an excellent first time introduction to escape rooms.
