There is so much in this room we had our typical group of 4 and we were on top of all the puzzles just there is a lot and we barely had enough time. It had a vibe of are you smarter than a 5th grader tv show. We would have been better if we had one more person in our group but we still got out. I recommend this room just make sure y’all talk a lot.

Playground is the final room I’ve done from TEG and is my favorite one from them. I love dexterity puzzles and they were everywhere! All of the puzzles made sense. Most puzzles were kind of similar but different at the same time. The set was vibrant and it was a blast from the past. I could definitely play this again but focus on other puzzles!
The whole crew took great care of us while we did three rooms

Are you smarter than a 5th grader? This room will out that to the test! I love this style of room, as the puzzles themselves aren’t difficult, but there is just SO much to do. The usage of school subjects as a guiding theme allowed for a varied assortment of puzzles with cool methods of expression! Manager T and GM Daniel were amazing!

Are you smarter than a 4th grader? Now’s your chance to test it out! Playground is such a joy and truly brings out your inner child. Between the props, the set design, and the sounds, it brings you back to the day when your homework was reading and coloring. I would highly recommend this room to anyone! If you’re a beginner to escape rooms, this would be a great room to start with here at The Escape Game! Just a heads up that this room is puzzle heavy, but it has the perfect blend between different puzzle types (gen 1, lock and key, mechanical) that familiarizes you with the basic puzzle knowledge of escape rooms and constantly keeps you on your toes. This room also is non-scary, playful, easy to follow, and really tests your observation and teamwork skills. We played with a group of 9 players (out of 12 max). Originally it was just my friend and I, but other players ended up joining us. Be aware that The Escape Room only has public booking, so you may be paired with other individuals. Playground has multiple rooms and is rather big in space, but can feel a little cramped due to it being puzzle heavy and the amount of players in one physical space at once. Playground isn’t just for beginners; it’s for different skill levels and escape room enthusiasts alike. There was never a point where you were standing around with nothing to do. Everything was cohesive, the tasks were clear, and there were many special a-ha moments. Once again, are you smarter than a 4th grader? Play this room and find out for yourself!
The game play was impressive. There were quite a mixture of puzzles and the integration of them were on point through the way that the puzzles and clues were presented in order to complete the tasks that were given.
Playground was a lot of fun. The set design truly immerses you in the world of being a fourth grader and the playfulness that comes with it.
Because we were a large group, we did not utilize the hint system/Game Master as much. But in the times that we did, our GM was on top of it by being specific in his hints and giving us guidance in the right direction.
The story was a lot of fun and easy to follow to complete. The plot and the elements blended well with one another.

Super unique experience! Definitely brings out the kid in you and gets you playing and having fun. I was worried it might be a bit easy, but there's so much to do, you never feel bored.
Lots of parts! This game is very hands on and you'll collect parts throughout that you might not use right away. Make sure you pay attention to every detail in this one!
So many secrets in this room 🤩

Probably the most unique room I have done.

Fairly easy puzzles, but there are so many that you still have to be quick to get through it all!
High tech
A mix of both. It's very hands on with lots of pieces to use and mess around with. But there are also tons of magnetic locks and tech based puzzles as well.

Such a fun game! We were told it was better for bigger groups but honestly could have even done it with less people. It's just a lot of puzzles. Very very fun, with lots to do for everyone and definitely on theme

Playground has remained one of my favorite escape rooms. This location had a couple minor technical difficulties, but they were quick to make it right. Lemon was a terrific game guide, and Danielle at the front was an absolute delight to talk to. She provided some of the most helpful customer service I’ve received from anyone in a long time. Truly above and beyond!
