My partner and I LOVEDDDD this room! Would 100% recommend if you are here on vacation or if you just live here! This one is a must do! The puzzles were super creative in my opinion and really got your brain juices flowing. I also just love the facility and the staff! So so sweet and I bought a cute decoration for my wall! Give this place all of your money I love them

Came from LA and met up with some friends from Vegas! Brought them here for their first time and everyone had an absolute blast. Great puzzles and effects and super great for a starter room. Thanks again for the great time.
Nice room, brought some friends who are first timers and we all had such a fun time!
Thanks Ricky!

On the plus side the immersion was good and there were some novel puzzles. On the downside it was over too fast and there was one puzzle that was basically one player's grind for most of the experience (it was not particularly difficult or interesting, just time-consuming).

We had good hopes for this room since it did have good reviews on here. But honestly we were disappointed. Their hint system could use a BIG update, since them giving you “hints” involves them literally coming into the room to walk you through it, if they can even figure it out for themselves. The GM’s came in twice and we had to walk them through exactly what we’d done so they could try to figure it out with us. It’s a room in the middle of the mountains, not LA with amazing set designs, so we didn’t have high expectations for that, but i think they could’ve done a bit more. One room was just unnecessarily dark, because really the only decor was a tapestry on the wall and a cabinet, the last room wasn’t put together at all, it was just an unfinished room they didn’t want to finish, its just wood walls and insulation. Honestly all around just seems like the room could be so much better with a little effort and updating.

Fun game. Location is very cute with a little Escape Emporium Shop at the entrance of Big Bear Village. Tony, our game master and owner was so accommodating and kind. The game itself was mostly gen one but had some cool technical touches. We played with a party of 2.

My 12YO daughter and I did this room while on a trip to the snow, the owners were so kind and it was a treat to meet them! The room was fun and had a lot of interactivity. This is one of their harder rooms and it was challenging, but if my daughter and I can escape you can too! The immersive element was a little lacking and it was just a bit too dark, it's hard to find clues when you can't see them lol but it was very fun and I love that they have a little shop in the front!
I enjoyed the interactivity!
The owners were a real treat to meet, very kind!

This was GOOD. Great tech. Great AMAZING game master who was really nice and came and helped us when we were spending time on a puzzle that we had found our way around and didn't need. Loved the lobby area and the plot of this room was awesome. We did this with 2 people and I probably wouldn't recommend less than 3 people. There was one puzzle that wasn't necessary hard, but it was time consuming - it would've been nice for one person to work on that while the other 2 did other puzzles that required more than one person.

Being in Big Bear looking for something to do escape rooms are always the best choice! This one is definitely on the more difficult side I think personally because of the different types of puzzles I haven’t not see before. It wasn’t the most exciting but it was still fun to do! For the both of us we used 4 hints but we’re pretty much on the right path. Our GM Brad was super cool and into it and very helpful so shoutout to Brad! There is one clue that is needed to be checked by the GM which threw me off but good game to do with a big group of 4 or more!

We waited quite a while for this one to get completed and had a blast solving it! The games from this company are never the usual and expected, love that. At the time we made the top time, though that was years ago so probably not anymore!
