You're taking on the role of acting manager since your father had to deal with something urgent and entrusted the café to you. As acting manager, your task is to ensure the café operates smoothly and to oversee its diverse team of twelve employees, each with a distinct personality. The aim is to form good relationships with the team and effectively manage the café for the next two days and one night. Best of luck, and may the stars be with you in this exciting challenge!

Absolutely delightful room from start to finish. This location leans more into narrative rooms so that’ll have different mileage based on your tastes, but the props, story and puzzles all were cute and fun to complete. Perfect 2 player (maybe 3?) experience as it’s a smaller space, but it jam packs a lot of puzzles into the 70 minutes. There are also side puzzles that earned you extra hints which I thought was a fun idea (and added extra things to do if you finished early). Big fan. Will go again for any new rooms they open.

Although we never used a hint, the hints are received by inserting a coin that you can earn doing side puzzles. Hints appear on a screen

Zodiac Cafe was cute and cozy ☕️♒️ All of the main puzzles were tech based. There was a slight delay between completing some puzzles and having the next part of the gameplay activate, but everything worked smoothly for the most part. Signposting was great. It was abundantly clear what needed to be worked on, and how many puzzles you had remaining. The hint system was interesting. You had to solve side puzzles to obtain coins, which you would then put into a machine to have a hint pop up on the screen. Not sure how strict their policy was on receiving hints that way. The one time we needed assistance, we just used the walkie talkie, and the GM helped us accordingly. I played as a duo, which I found was the perfect amount of people since the space was on the smaller side, the puzzle flow was linear, and the puzzles were fairly straightforward. Note: The sign outside of the store said Addiction Reality Entertainment. I didn’t see any additional signage that said Escaptopia, even though that is how the company is listed on Google.
