Amazing set up and staff. Not only an escape room but like others have said an immersive experience. Will definitely be back to do their other adventures.

I wouldn't really consider this an escape room so much as an immersive escape experience. From the moment you step inside until the very end, you're fully immersed in the story. The only minor issue we had was figuring out how to enter the building, but once we were inside, everything flowed seamlessly. The set design is beautiful, with an incredible level of detail. The game master is part of the story, and their appearances are perfectly timed they never linger long enough to feel awkward, which really helps maintain the immersion. There aren't many puzzles, and most are fairly straightforward. This experience is much more about the storytelling and the journey than challenging puzzle-solving. The sound and lighting design do an excellent job of building tension and selling the drama throughout. We also loved the nod to The Goonies, which was a fun touch. Our whole group had a fantastic time, and we'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a highly immersive, story-driven experience.

Absolutely phenomenal experience that I didn’t want to end. Our guide was amazing and took us through the experience and made it so enjoyable. We loved everything from beginning to end. This was so much more than an escape room! MUST DO!!

Temple of Light is the best of the (current) 3 escape rooms at Keepers of Balance. It has great production values, lots of rooms, and not a single puzzle uses a standard padlock or key. The room also provides an organic source of hints (that flows from the narrative) rather than text on a screen. The room has no clocks, so you never quite know if you are behind or ahead of schedule. Puzzle difficulty is medium/hard (maybe an 8/10). One puzzle did have a color issue that might mis-lead a team as to the clue.

In my subjective opinion, the set design was beautiful and well-crafted, although I’ve seen larger-scale sets elsewhere. Overall, it was a great experience. I felt the theming was strongest at the beginning and gradually became more subdued as the game progressed. The puzzles provided a good challenge without being overly difficult, and the interaction with the game master was enjoyable.

Such a fun room The immersion … wow. It lives up to the reputation for immersion alone It’s a love letter to Goonies, Indy and any adventure movie. This is a fun room if you are an experienced player or new to escape rooms. Light on volume of puzzles or things to do but heavy or story telling which was just a joy to play Tidbits: Easy parking but hard to access on a heavy traffic day (right off expressway) Amazing waiting room; the immersion starts at the parking lot

Great experience, not a great escape room. There is literally no failing because you are walked through it if you can’t figure something out. That was my one gripe.
