Thirteen citizens are unaccounted for, unexplainable lightning strikes are targeting a lone hill on the south side of town, and screeching screams are coming from the epicenter of it all: the manor on the hilltop... the townspeople are left petrified in fear. Have the authorities looked into it? sure... but just like in every private eye film (since like forever) they are either never looking in the right place at the right time - or too worried about the paperwork that would follow.
