The puzzle flow isn't fully logical here, with several unintentional red herrings. The staff later described these red herrings as "that's just decoration", but the "decorations" directly conflicted with actual solutions to puzzles...and seemed to be remnants of abandoned puzzles which never got implemented. Using the same floor plan as Jack the Ripper, this game feels oddly familiar with similarly beautiful set design. Unlike Jack the Ripper, this lacks a standout puzzle, but the overall experience is more complete than Jack, and the final moments are great and worth the ride to get there. I do think for most players this will provide more playtime than the overly short Jack the Ripper, but much of that added playtime will be trying to figure out what to do next, which isn't always a bad thing. The best rooms at Lockbusters remain their earliest: Bank Heist and Chopper Down. This game could probably have used more beta testing, where the red herrings could've been dealt with. It's close to be awesome!

Terrible signposting, massive logic leaps, and some questionable design choices. Unfortunately, Lockbusters remains near the bottom of my ranking of locations in Orlando.

Great room. Beginning is very confusing with no logical connections that are obvious. Would be a love but the GM was very cold and didn’t provide any context or follow up when the room was over. She had short pink hair. Customer service unfortunately put a damper on our experience.

Good room actually. Pleasantly surprised with how blue the score was on morty. Not a love, but definitely a solid like. 100% worth playing, good theming and set design. I will say that some of the puzzles we're quite as intuitive as they could have been. A few mental jumps in logic, but really overall pretty good. I'd say don't let the review score dissuade you from playing it. Maybe walk into it with the expectation of needing a few nudges to stay on track. Their other rooms are very solid, but we weren't huge fans of jack the ripper.

This game is HARD! Brush up on your zodiac skills before you enter. Puzzles are challenging. We found ourselves stuck for 8-10 minutes at a time. Although the difficulty was hard the room was fantastic. Nicely set up. Fun decor and theme throughout. Creepy music. We had a very nice game master that could obviously see the struggles we were having lol. We finished with -1:30. Our game master was nice enough to let us finish lol.
