What a disappointment. We finished this room approx. 1 year ago and it was just not it. The props were falling apart, some puzzles weren't reset properly, the room was in poor condition and it just felt..............empty. We've done plenty of rooms by Breakout before and this one felt like the worst of them. Stay away and do another room, or head over to Marlborough and do the rooms there instead.

This room is one of the most low budget, low effort, poorly done escape rooms I've ever had the displeasure of doing. From unoriginal and overly simple puzzles to an entirely linear gameplay that relies on elements that purposefully suck up valuable time, this room was not even worth $30 per player let alone the outrageous $53 per player that we were charged. Not even remotely worth our time.

My group enjoyed this room and we were excited to try a room with a casino theme. This room has some really cool moments that unfortunately are smudged by some very annoying moments that could be easily fixed for a cost of about $2. My advice for this room is always have 2 people check things. Even if you already found a clue somewhere, there might be another that you missed.

As with most rooms at this chain the rooms are alright in a pinch. Far better than most mall rooms. Though very hit or miss on set dressing and immersion. This one was a miss with some home game version of casino games and one very large (too large) slot machine and just blank white walls. The puzzles were reasonable though there was one thing to open that looks exactly like many others that are off limits and wasted some time. When you get into the second room the story kind of gets confused but not entirely thrown out the window. In general this is a company I do when want something last minute and they are the only thing open locally.

The hardest part of the escape room was not the puzzles but searching for things to start the actual puzzle for example not seeing a key somewhere that was in a random location. There were also other random things we had to find before solving the puzzle. The atmosphere was good though! Felt like a casino and the puzzle games were with the casino theme which was fun!
It did not flow very well because we spent most of the time searching for items then solving actual puzzles.
The set design felt like a casino so that was fun!
The staff was welcoming and very clear on instructions in addition to helping us find the items we needed to solve the puzzle.

8.2/10 My first breakout games Escape Room and it was fun! Some puzzles were a little luck based, but we we didn’t waste too much time on them. Overall, this is the better of this chain’s games. The next three games I played from this chain weren’t nearly as good as this own.
