We now exist in a world where human intelligence and artificial intelligence are indiscernible, and you must prove that you are who you say you are, human. It's just your normal check up, nothing new. False positives are quite rare, so you shouldn't worry, that is, unless you have something to hide?

1 escape room
We were really excited about this escape room, and we loved the idea of starting in separate rooms. However, of the 10+ rooms we've done in LA, this was by far the worst. To me, a good escape room has difficult puzzles and an intuitive flow. This was the opposite. The Turing Test puzzles were simple and uncreative while the flow was convoluted. Overall, a horribly designed room with poorly functioning mechanics and inattentive game admins. Felt like a complete waste of time and money. The details: β’ Rooms mechanics do not work well. Some puzzles are very fiddly (i.e., you solved the puzzle, but the system wasn't triggered). Some examples: 1) puzzles had to be redone multiple times because we were either doing them too slowly or too quickly, 2) the method of communication with teammates across separate rooms immediately activated from some players, but was delayed for others, 3) there's a smell-based puzzle but it's weirdly inaccurate; one clue smelled like absolutely nothing to all players β’ Inattentive admin. We called for admin multiple times, and received either no response or a very delayed response. Perhaps some of the faulty mechanics would have been less annoying if the admins had been more present β’ Game flow is exceptionally awkward. For example, you'll have solved all the puzzles in a given room, but the next door won't open. So, you'll stand around wondering what you did wrong until, at last, the admin tells you there's actually nothing left to do and you need to wait for other players β’ Similar to the above, it was unclear if some doors were unlocked or not. Had to wait for guidance from admins before opening because we didn't want to use excessive force on doors β’ Don't think I can elaborate on this last point without saying too much, but the game ending is extremely anticlimactic

Split start with one of the rooms being more difficult than the others, so plan accordingly. Older room had a few broken items inside. Overall a fun game to challenge the group.

So much fun, I loved this one!!!

The puzzles of this escape room were pretty straightforward, but still felt new and fun. Went with 4 people and overall it was just fine

This is a fun room! Not so much story as an actual test, prove that youβre smart enough to get out! The decor fit the theme and there was no tech that failed for our run. This room does require a lot of teamwork, so bring some friends that you like, itβs great for exactly 4 people π Lots of small rooms that all open up later on. Fun! Alex was a great host! We passed the test in 40 minutes as a group of 4.

This room has such an ambitious design and I loved the ambiance. The puzzles were fun and there was a big variety of types. Unfortunately the location was understaffed so it was hard to get timely hints. I also have a sneaking suspicion that many parts of the room were broken as many pieces/keys were left unused, so it was hard to tell if we had successfully activated a puzzle. I always love the theme of 60 out rooms I just wish they had better maintenance

Very outgoing room(s) conceptually. Reminded me of the PC game Portal.

Love the vision for this escape room. Everyone starts out in different rooms and the story is that we are humans trying to prove that we are, in fact, human. This is a puzzle-heavy room with tactile and technology puzzles. Some of the puzzles took the system a while to register and so, once you think you've solved something, wait a couple of seconds! Our game master on this day was running solo too, so it also took some time for him to give us clues but he was doing his best. Overall, there were still a couple of puzzles that did not quite make sense but the flow was straightforward and everyone had plenty to do. I believe the minimum for this room is 4 people! Strong communication is a must but just be prepared for some of the tech (ironic!) to lag.

Great Concept for a room! Needs repair though to make the room flow better. Reaction time of the mechanisms recording puzzle solving were a little slow, but the need for good communication and figuring out the many many puzzles were great! Our GM did what he could, but had a lot to juggle since he was running the whole show. This 60Out looks like it could use more coverage.
