Master Diaphugius is the greatest name in wizardry in a handful of generations, and he selected you to be his apprentices. You’ve survived alchemical mishaps, recovered from embarrassing transmutations, and braved quests for all manner of exotic ingredients (not to mention the countless runs for tea leaves). But all those headaches, the long nights, and the singed eyebrows have brought you to this ... your final test. Diaphugius has left you alone in his tower with a single mission. His favorite familiar, the cat Mikla, needs her medicine. You have forty-five minutes. If you can find her and administer the medicine before your master returns, he will give you your very own spellbook and the title of... Assistant Wizard!

Amazing staff, some of the best customer service ever, especially Graham and Joey. Cool place, has a mocktail bar with coffee, arcade games, and an arcade shooting range. Enjoyed the escape room. Very few traditional locks, mostly mechanics, good story, great production values.

Completed this one with just 2 experienced players. So fun! So cute and whimsical. A couple color puzzles were extremely confusing but the rest of the game was so fun I didnt mind much. Honestly the mocktail bar alone was worth the trip. Those drinks were awesome.

I rate this escape experience a 3.5/5 (ck out my bio for rating system). This room was a fun experience overall. The set/theme earned 1 point. It was somewhat immersive but the puzzles are where the room stood out for me - 1.5 pts here. There were a few creative and novel ones - plus, anytime you can use a magic wand, it's always a treat! We needed a couple hints during the escape. One clue prop had a hands off sticker on top of it so it wasn't completely clear to me that you can touch it (you can touch a different part of it). In another one, the pieces didn't seem to fit very well but it was still an enjoyable puzzle base. I give my enjoyment 1 point. This was a cute and creative room, although, I was hoping to see the 'kitty ' at the end. 🐲

A solid game with a fun spin on the wizard theme. A game I’d gladly recommend to newer escape room players, with puzzles that felt achievable and not overly complex, while still being a good time for more experienced players.

Gameplay

Most of the puzzles fit the environment nicely and weren’t super complicated. A couple of fun puzzles that really require teamwork. There was one game mechanic that was used quite a bit, so those particular puzzles started to feel a bit repetitive.

Atmosphere

The props and environments were in great shape and fit together nicely to bring the story to life. A few spots in the room felt a little plain in terms of decor, but as a result, there aren’t any red herrings and you end up using almost everything you see in the game.

Customer service

The team members downstairs were great getting us checked in, bringing us to the game, talking to us after the game! We didn’t get to meet our GM who was giving us clues, and at one point we received a clue for something we already figured out.

Story

The intro video did a nice job of setting up our scenario quickly and the puzzles reinforced that narrative, all building to a final puzzle we were anticipating to achieve the story’s goal.

Difficulty

A good game for those newer to escape rooms, but still enough to enjoy for more seasoned players.

Accessibility

Game is on the building’s second floor, which is accessible by elevator. One raised platform in the game that contains puzzle elements - the rest of the game is flat. Entire team must duck under something, but staff might be able to let someone bypass it through an exit door we never used. Only one puzzle requires color differentiation. Clues can be given with text on screen or via audio on the speakers.

My first ever escape room experience and it was fantastic. My kids had an amazing time. They are 5 and 7. Jack was a great host. Entire staff was helpful and polite. We went back the next day and did Area 51.

Staff is incredibly nice! Shoutouts: Ozden was an energetic game master and Joey was a nice game host! Doc was very efficient at the bar. There were some parts that just needed you to physically play with objects to figure out how to trigger an event. I’m not the biggest fan of those moments. Production value was so good! It was not super difficult out of the rooms at this location that I’ve done (Super Hero Quest, Casino Heist).
