Exhibit Sea: Secrets of the Deep

We love Encrypted Escape West Reading!! The employees are some of the nicest people and this room in particular was fantastic! The ambiance was great and there were a ton of puzzles. They had amazing graphics on the screen, great effects, good old school puzzles and mechanical puzzles!! We cannot recommend this room enough!

Exhibit Sea was absolutely fantastic! We played all four rooms during our visit, and this one was our favorite. The underwater theme was immersive and beautifully detailed, and the puzzles were creative, challenging, and so much fun to solve! Every moment felt like part of a real adventure. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a unique and engaging escape room experience!

For the most part, we enjoyed the room. However, one of the puzzles was broken which caused us to lose almost 20min. They knew this puzzle was broken before hand too and no effort was made to inform us or help us. If not for this, I would’ve throughly enjoyed the room

So I went into this room thinking it would be amazing as I read one review on Morty that said this blows “The Depths” of TEG “out of the water”. IMO, it does not. And it would be very difficult to especially with the budget of TEG. But that being said, this room still stands on its own and is a quality submarine room. Production is still top notch for a small business, it’s very story driven and the puzzles flow fairly well together towards that aim leaving you feeling satisfied at game’s end. Difficulty level is moderate. I just recommend more than 2 people for this one due to the sheer amount of puzzles…even with the extended 75 minutes they give you in this game. My wife and I were scrambling the whole game and just made it out.

Super fun new game in West Reading - amazing attention to detail even in the pre-room. Loved this game and had a lot of fun. With only 3 of us we needed lots of helpful hints but overall enjoyed the experience and grateful for a good quality game that wasn’t scary!

Started out linear but definitely opened up toward the end. Puzzles were all very interesting and fun, a couple things were a little confusing but we were able to make it through. Lighting, effects and atmosphere were superb, as I've come to expect out of all of Encrypted's rooms. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed this experience and are definitely interested in doing more here! We had 6 players, which felt like too many for everyone to have the ability to contribute satisfactorily. We did work as a team, it’s just there wasn’t a lot that could be done simultaneously. We sort of bypassed the one puzzle and had to go back also.

5 out of 5. Best sub room we've played. If you liked The Depths from The Escape Game, this one blows it out of the water. Excellent story, set design, lighting effects, and twists and turns. Bound to be a TERPECA nominated room. 75 minutes was the right amount of time for this room. We got out with 10 minutes to spare with two but less experienced players will benefit from the full 75.
