You have been hired for a high-profile job - to break into a prestigious vault at United Bank and get your hands on the precious diamonds. It's the early hours of the morning and complete darkness. Carrying torches, you have one hour to break into the office, disable all devices in the security room and then finally access the secure vault to get to the coveted prize before anyone realizes what is going on.

Was hesitant to do this review as we read another review of the room from Feb 2026 that mentioned the tech in the end puzzle was broken. Unfortunately 4 months later in June 2026 this is still the case. Really ruins the experience when the very last puzzle doesn’t work, highly anti climactic. To add insult to injury, apparently our game was not reset correctly, so we spent 5 minutes rummaging through useless clue information, because the key component of the last puzzle was put into a different part of the game when it was reset after the prior game, and so we just had the game end abruptly by pure fluke instead of actually solving the end puzzle in the game. Game master came in a the end and just so oh, that part doesn’t work, and shrugged it off and moved us along with no apology or anything. What a horrible experience with zero care for customer experience. Throughout the game, the GM was unnecessarily talking us through step by step what to look for and what to do next not giving us time to explore on our own despite not asking for hints, which completely ruined the experience. We had to go out of our way to ask multiple times not to give hints. We have done a lot of games and this place was absolute amateur hour. Guess that’s what happens when you hire a bunch of kids to run your room who don’t have proper training on how to ensure the paying customers have a good experience. I would not recommend this room to others who are experienced enthusiasts, but for those new to escape rooms, this may be okay I suppose.

Interesting mix of high-tech and low-tech puzzles. No crawling or difficult physical actions but someone needs to be able to crouch. The room is dim, but not pitch black. You’ll need the flashlights they give you. Unfortunately the finale puzzle was not working so we had to get the GM to bypass it to let us finish the room. The puzzles are fine but there are multiple places you are expected to look for information at various times, and nothing tells you that, so you are reduced to rechecking everything repeatedly to see if there is new information. As a result we had to take a few more hints than we normally would. The GM was very friendly and helpful but it’s tough to recommend the room with a broken endgame.
