This room (and location) was just awful from start to finish. A plethora of puzzles that strongly felt AI generated, used AI or 3D printed props, and gave combos that (rarely) gave you any order of what to put the numbers in your 3/4 digit code. I think 3D printing is awesome, but when this is a scooby doo cabin theme and it clearly is/was a pirate room full of pirate props, it’s hard to take anything seriously. And then getting 3-4 numbers for a lock and not knowing which lock or the order of the numbers is a) not fun for the player or b) makes them think they missed something. This room really needs to rethink puzzles and maybe go to a few others around to see what well clued and satisfying puzzles are. Even with the discounted day rate it didn’t feel worth it. The staff was pleasant and she did try to help where she could.

There was one word lock, one key lock, five three-digit locks, and two four-digit locks (if I remember correctly). Unfortunately, the number locks had no way to tell which code went with each lock, nor was there any way (in several cases) to tell the order that the numbers were in. The puzzles had nothing to do with the theme of the room (pirate puzzles for a Scooby Doo themed cabin?) and there was one puzzle that had to do with colours, but the colours didn't actually match the clue. Overall, a room that was thrown together with a ton of (poorly) 3D printed props and some locks. Definitely not a place that I'd suggest, and I doubt we'll be going back to tty either if their other rooms.

The theme itself is fine for kids, but most of the locks were far too high up for my nine year old daughter to reach. So it's not so much an age recommendation as a height recommendation.
