Well themed room with some puzzles that logically flowed and interesting effects. A couple jump scares from loud noises and sudden flashing. Biggest issue we had was the ambient noise coming from the haunted house attraction that was right next door. The levels of mechanical noise and screams prevented us from clearly hearing sound related clues as well as things unlocking when we solved puzzles. There were times we triggered things and didn't notice because it was in another area and we couldn't hear the item unlocking or opening. This made us think we weren't successful at some puzzles and ended up with us continuing to try and solve things that were already solved. We wasted too much time on a number of items this way.
Gameplay
Gameplay was novel with some puzzles I've never seen before. It kind of flowed. There were some steps involved that were a bit of a stretch as to how they fitted it.
Atmosphere
Well themed. Somewhat spooky.
Customer service
People running the rooms were very nice. Even walked us through the ending. However, the complex that the rooms are in were difficult navigation because of all the other attractions going on .
Particularly interesting or different
Yes
Some nice effects that were themed to the story.
Story
Story was good. Unfortunately due to the fact it's within a haunted house experience, we couldn't hear the opening intro to the story due to all the screams and noises coming from the other attractions. This was bad as the intro directly told you what the end goal was.
Difficulty
Hard
Some puzzles really didn't have a rhyme or reason. If there was we missed it due to the noise.

Accessibility
Probably an issue with hearing as we had four people with no hearing impairment as we could not hear audio cues due to the noise levels in the attraction.
