Such a fun room. Very innovative, excellent storytelling. Funny interactions. One of my favorite rooms. Will be back for the sequel.

Ah, Appleseed Avenue. That beautiful place where humans and puppets coexist. You’ve always wanted to visit, but never quite had the time. And then you see the job posting: Appleseed Avenue detectives and medical examiners wanted, humans or puppets apply. Are you a detective? No. Do you have medical experience? Well, it doesn’t really matter because these are puppets and not humans. You apply, and to your surprise, you get the job. It turns out that the day you are scheduled to work is Election Day. You don’t really follow puppet politics, but you know this one’s a biggie. Five candidates are still in the running for the mayor of Puppet Town in an increasingly tense race. Either way, it probably won’t affect your time on Appleseed Avenue. Right?

Loved this! Extremely immersive. It focuses on story but not to the detriment of the games which will be unique depending on which role you’re in. The extended playtime leaves plenty of surprises. The production design is nearly perfect. Everything looks and works like it was built yesterday. It’s not the most challenging in the world but it is one of the most unique and well contained escape rooms I’ve ever been to.

Wasn’t overly complicated and depending on your role could change your experience, but everyone had a blast! It focuses more on being service of the story that outright puzzling, but the balance is great.

I don’t normally leave reviews, but I need to for this gem. What a fun, unique experience! I don’t want to spoil anything - but I was smiling the whole time… as described, it’s not really a typical escape room, but as an enthusiast, it still satisfied my puzzle solving brain :) 100% must do this room, and just enjoy this silly world!

Absolutely phenomenal room! You HAVE to immerse yourself into the roles it is a must!!!! Forget all you know about escape rooms for this!

Fantastic room!! Def in my top 5 (out of 64) The set was gorgeous and all the puzzles were well-integrated into the story and just the right level of difficulty. All the puppet interactions were charming and genuinely funny. Adam was a spectacular GM 10000/10 An absolutely must-do room ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My advice is not to get hyper fixated on your assigned puzzles, take peaks at what the other teams are up to! There’s enough time, and the GM will let you know if you need to lock in

This game is so perfect and made our friends who were non Escape room believers now new fans. Anyone will love it ! Can’t wait to do it again and all the owners and employees are so special and kind and helpful

A revelation. Less of an escape room and more of an immersive simulation (the GM introduces it as such). You are inserted into a universe of puppets and humans that feels lived in. The story of the experience is a cross between dramatic and lighthearted. Puzzles are fun and meaningful. The game itself is entirely high tech, and everything from the artwork on the wall to the sounds used throughout are well planned and satisfying. Appleseed Avenue really is pushing the boundaries of escape rooms forward. I can’t wait to try their expanding universe of games, and even replay this one. Highly, highly recommended from someone who has tried all of the top rated games in LA.
