Sweethearts Ice Cream Parlour

WOW 10/10 ⭐️ My partner and I did Sweethearts as a duo and loved every minute. The story, set design and immersion are all fantastic, and we especially enjoyed the moments of complete darkness after moving on to the next task. There are some sudden loud sounds and lighting changes that got us jumping, but it isn't intended to be scary. We're naturally jumpy, so others may react differently 😂 The puzzles were clear and flowed around the room, so we never felt lost or confused about a clue. Many were hands-on rather than just codes and locks, with pressure pads, magnets and clever uses of items around the room. There's also a unique timer on the wall that shows how much time you have left, but not in the traditional sense, which was a fun touch. The unique twist was my favourite moment (won't spoil it) 🤭 Our GM was friendly, animated and got into character, and his passion for the rooms really showed. He gave us detailed feedback on our performance, answered any questions, and finished off with a fun prop photo and a sweet treat. Wouldn't change a thing. Highly recommend for experienced players as a duo, or for groups of 4+ if you're a beginner to intermediate. Will definitely be back for their other room ASAP!

All time favourite escape room of the year! The puzzled flowed well. Only did it with 2 people in total and was definitely enough!

Great theme, fun and campy. Fun fun puzzles. A room above its peers. Not the hardest puzzles, but we did get stumped on one of them that ate a lot of time. Definitely deserving of its awards

Incredible set and sound design, everything was gorgeous and nothing wasted/irrelevant. Puzzles flowed smoothly, and without confusion around which clues referred to which puzzles - very impressive given the puzzle density, and the fact it was a multi-linear room. The stays and debrief at the end were comprehensive. Little extras also made it special - the full ice cream parlour experience :)

Fun to do as a group of 4, first time doing a nonlinear escape room so felt like there was a bunch of stuff happening all around and people could work on diff puzzles at diff rates. Overall the care put into the set design just came out on top of everything and it had such good flow tying everything together.

We did this with our usual smaller group of two people. Daniel did a fantastic job as host, but also as designer/builder of the room. Clearly passionate about their work & this showed in the way the whole place was set up. This place has one of the cleanest & nicest bathrooms we've come across! :) The escape room itself was excellent. We were a little uncomfortable about the initial premise (we're not crooks by nature), but as the story unfolded, we settled into it and played along. Everything worked well together, nicely thought out, beautifully designed. A great escape room!

Great escape room, good puzzles and something for everyone.

Very well-made escape room and run by a passionate and friendly host! Introduction into the game was smooth and immersive escape room design with fantastic lighting/smoke effects timed to certain events. Intuitive and interesting puzzles with small but impactful touches of personalisation.

My wife and I played this room as a two-player team and had a great time. The atmosphere and set design were excellent, and our host/in-character actor really added to the experience. The puzzles were on the easier side, but they were enjoyable and still kept us busy for almost the full 60 minutes. The room had a great vibe from start to finish. We'll definitely be back to try their unique seated escape room!

Great escape room! The theme is very original, and the plot twist halfway the game takes the game in a different direction. Lots of different puzzles that can be done in parallel, making the room good for a medium sized group. The host does an amazing job briefing the mission.
