Maybe it was just us, but boy we had a hard time with this at the beginning! It starts as a split room with your group in two separate rooms, and your communication has to be particularly clear to each other. Harder than other split rooms we’ve done. Really great theme though and lots of clever puzzles.

Special effects were really cool, but felt some additional puzzles would have helped. Communication was difficult at first since it was hard to hear. I didn’t feel like that added to the theme.

Very fun!! Splitting up wasn’t my favorite because the communication device was only accessible to one person but the theming was AWESOME and it had very fun and immersive effects!!!

This was a fine room - nothing really groundbreaking, but it was still fun. Covey was an awesome host, set was awesome, and there were no issues; it just felt like “oh, and now we do this.” Puppet Heist over this for sure, but it’s worth playing if you want a room.
Nothing really new in terms of concept. Starts isolated, but you merge about halfway through. Does break the cardinal “one and done” rule but it’s telegraphed enough.
Only one real special effect, but it was done really well.
Covey was awesome! Could not have asked for a better GM.

Eh. Starting in two rooms is a standard practice, and the way communication was done was… not my favorite.
Standard story - no real twists or loops.
Medium
Communication at the start was brutal but the puzzles themselves were fine.
High tech
High tech - machines, wires, pressure, etc.
6
Definitely 2 players per room would be good - but not more than 3 as then it could be a little stepping over each other.
Not scary
Slightly dark lighting if anything.
8
A child may struggle with the communication aspect a bit more.

Audio is crucial for communication in this room, as there is no way to see the other group BEFORE the merge.

The rooms here are always immersive. We didn't have the perfect experience in this game however because there were technical issues and we had to have an attendant come in a couple times to reset some of the machines to see if they could get them to work.

I really enjoyed the theming and story of this room, but there were a couple of detractors that really hindered the experience. I am a huge fan of splits starts, but the communication system here was terrible. It is extremely unfun to have one person site at a communication station with the sole purpose of relaying information back and forth. This might've been alleviated with a longer cable, but I still think it could be done so much better here. My other gripe was the egg "puzzle" that really felt more like a task of repetitions than anything logic based. It wasn't anywhere near as annoying as the communication system in the first room though. Once the game progressed out of the first rooms, it became much more tolerable. The ending was super cute and made everything worth it.

The look and feel of the room was nicely done. We were not a fan of the split start. It was difficult to communicate with our other half because only one person could listen at a time. The use of projections is well done and help add to the story. The puzzles were few and far between. The room was more a do this and place that than really figuring out puzzles.

Solid room with standout puzzles! The gameplay was all right and overall a fun time. Manageable with a larger group, which is sometimes hard!
