Gameplay
Flow wasnt amazing. A few puzzles that didnt quite make sense but just were there because. Felt like they tried to force this room to be harder. Some tasks were fun though, but nothing very original.
Atmosphere
Nice, well decorated room, some cool effects.
Customer service
Staff was very friendly and sweet, but i have to say that our GM ruined our experience in a way thats never happened before. She was giving us tips, not even tips but straight answers to the puzzles, without asking or us needing them. As soon as we would be stuck on a puzzle for longer that 1 minute, she would tell us what to do. This ruined our flow and playing, made me feel like we were way behind only to find out we had 15 minutes left when we got out. I think she meant well, but we are seasoned escapees and this really ruined the experience unfortunately.
