Overall the room is well themed with some interesting puzzles, including a unique video game element, but suffers from the condition of having just a bunch of locks without any real direction in how to approach them. Unfortunately our overall experience was tainted by the employee who was very overzealous with offering hints that weren't wanted or needed.

The employee was kind, but we felt very rushed by them. They repeatedly offered hints that were not requested, even after we said multiple times that we weren't ready for a hint. They even entirely told us how to solve the final puzzle even though we had 19 minutes left.

It's a very small room, so more than three people would feel cramped.
