Was looking for something creepy without being overly gross and gory, and this hit the mark. There was spooky ambience, some unnerving puzzles and props, but nothing nasty. Puzzles were unique and interesting, including some really cool electronic effects. Will be back to try more rooms!

Gameplay

Not very linear, lots of options on how to proceed.

Atmosphere

Eerie music, dim lighting

Customer service

Staff was incredibly friendly and upbeat

Particularly interesting or different

Yes

Some really creative puzzles that weren't just "find the code to the padlock"

This room was great! We were looking for a spooky room with a group of adults. There were a couple of jump scares and some really cool props in the room. The puzzles were fun to figure out and the room flowed well. I can't wait until they open another room.
