You have discovered a abandonded Train after the fateful experiments of Dr. Adams. The train stands rusted and silent – but its engine still hides dangerous secrets. Inside the passenger carriage, your team must restore the power system, mix new fuel, and forge the key that unlocks the operator’s cabin. There you will face an issue that could either set the train in motion… or seal your fate, just like the scientist before you. Steampunk Train is a fast paced and thrilling experience where only collaboration can get the train moving again.

Their hardest room was very well decorated puzzles were interesting. We appreciated that it wasn’t impossible but if you have done a lot of games definitely makes it easier. Staff are so nice

6.8/10 Steampunk Train I feel is the weakest experience at Breakout Reykjavík. This room is tricky. With some puzzles being more “gotcha” moments rather than mind bending brain busters. With that being said, I’ve played worse so it’s still better than most rooms out there. If you want a room that’s more of a challenge, I recommend Steampunk Train by Breakout Reykjavík. Do be warned, this room will have you slapping your forehead in “UGH” moments more times than you would like.

We had a good time playing this game, even though jet lag was not in our favor. The GM was very nice with hints, especially for one part where we didn’t have the angle right. I liked the set dressing and the general steampunk ambience of the room.

This was a fun mix of immersive puzzle and mechanical props. They opened only a few months ago and still had everything together. Their clue mechanics were great too.
