Alien Infection [VR]

after an exhausting day, the fire crew at station 13 are settling in for some shut-eye. but it appears that sleep will have to wait as you get the call. apparently, granny jones is freaking out. her best friend is missing. only after arriving to her land at the edge of the woods, do you discover that her best friend is, in fact, a furry feline... named 'whiskers' no less. i mean, come on granny jones. your momma didn't name you 'eyebrows' - you gotta get more creative with the cat names. what does this have to do with aliens? well, this cat doesn't give a flying flip about granny unless he's hungry, so he is just doing whatever he dang well pleases up in the forest... chasing possums, sharpening his claws on tree bark, hiding under mossy logs, getting sucked up into the tractor beam of an unidentified flying object and implanted with a deadly parasite... you know, typical cat stuff. it happens. well, needless to say - this isn't as going to be as simple as putting a ladder up against the a cottonwood to help old whiskers down. no, you are going to have to really look into this predicament - like really analyze it... some would say that the situation is going to need further 'probing...' *insert alien probe joke here*
