The Curse

A room with a decent theme, but unfortunately let down by confusing puzzle design and poor flow. Several challenges lack clear logic or feedback, leading to unnecessary frustration and heavy reliance on hints. Delayed communication from the GM and overly direct hints further disrupted the experience. Overall, the room feels disjointed and frustrating rather than engaging, making it a disappointing escape room experience.

A room that leaves a lot to be desired. They sell it as a horror experience, but in the experience they presented, there was simply a belated "scare" that felt completely out of context with the narrative. The set shows clear signs of neglect, which is a shame because it has potential. Several pieces of equipment weren’t working properly, and the game’s overall design is weak. There were times when a puzzle was so obvious that a horror game felt like it was turning into a comedy; when that wasn’t the problem, it was the lack of logical progression. When we asked for help, we were simply told what we needed to do (meaning they solved it for us instead of giving us “hints”). The response to these requests was slow, and there was a clear lack of engagement from the game master, who likely wasn’t following our game. The experience doesn’t justify the price paid.
