Centuries ago, Mulberry Manor was built as a gift from Edward Mulberry to his wife and children. But in October of 1871, Edward and his children were killed in a cold-blooded massacre; their bodies torn to pieces and scattered throughout the manor. Any who dare to enter since suffered the same short lived fate. You are the only living descendant to the Mulberry family, recently granted the estate. You have read the stories; you have heard the rumors; yet you enter with the wish to amass your fortune. Standing in the very place each victim drew their final breaths, an ominous presence overwhelms you. Desperately you search for a way out but your fate has been sealed; you are trapped; and the horror stories have turned into a nightmarish reality. This room has so much to love about it! Some unique puzzles, some great scares, and an incredible ambiance. I loved the storyline that we were following throughout the room and the usage of lights, effects, and audio to create an immersive ambiance in such a small space. My only nitpick with this room has to do with the lighting, the light source we are provided throughout the experience were candles which is a very well themed idea but in a mostly dim-lit atmosphere it made some puzzles slightly more difficult. There was a lot to read in this room and with the lettering being very small on most of it, it made it quite difficult to read some of the documents at times. If you are coming with anyone who is visually impaired to any degree this is something to be aware of, I’m sure if you ask they can offer accommodations in the room. To better this I would simply just add at least one regular flashlight in the room. But everything about this room was so much fun we’ll definitely be back to try other rooms!

Room had a good flow. Some unique puzzles. We had 3 of us. One puzzle tripped us up (now we feel stupid, not realizing what it wanted) and took us longer than our norm. We got out but with only 37 seconds left. This considered one of their more challenging rooms so be prepared., but lots of fun!

I’m a sucker for a good haunted house game, and this was a fun one.
