I love the idea of doing a Christmas room. I did their Halloween experience and the Chapter 1 tour, and this one was just as fun but totally different. I already can’t wait to see what they do for Valentine’s (Chapter 3). If you’re someone who only wants straight puzzle-to-puzzle escape rooms, this might surprise you — it’s much more of an immersive experience. There’s no super high-tech stuff, just old-school puzzles, atmosphere, and storytelling, which is what makes it so fun. Such a cool concept overall

The puzzles were clever, the rooms looked amazing, and it was spooky but still family-friendly. The live actors made it even more fun. They also went out of their way to get our kids involved, which i really appreciate.amd our kids loved it

This was such a fun and unique escape room. I’ve done a lot of them, and this one felt really different in the fun way. The story, the atmosphere, and the interactions all worked together, and the place is just beautiful

I just found out about this app. I am excited to check this out and mark off some more escape rooms I didn't even know about! This is my 2nd time at this location within the week.. I do a lot of escape rooms, and this one really stood out the first time I came that I came back again, lol The experiences here focused more on immersion and story, and everything unfolded naturally as you moved through the space. What I appreciated most was that the puzzles actually made sense within the theme. Nothing felt random or added just for difficulty. The live interaction was also done really well — it added to the experience without taking over or pulling you out of the game. It felt more like being part of a story than being guided through a standard escape room. Everyone here is so sweet and I even got to meet the little ghost of Story she was a fun surprise.

Dude! Wasn’t sure about doing the same room just christmas themed but they said it was all different games and same story just revised for christmas and surprisingly it worked brilliantly! They said this room will change with everyone holiday keeping the same story but creating new games for every holiday and I can't wait for valentines now lol

Jack’s room was such a cool experience. It was definitely creepy, but in a slow, immersive way—not over the top or full of jump scares. Everything felt really intentional, from the layout to the puzzles, and the story made sense as you moved through the rooms. What I really liked was how the live interaction was handled. It added tension and made it feel personal without ever being too much By the end, we were all talking about how different it was from anything we’d done before. Honestly, I’d come back again just to hang out in the space. If you like immersive experiences with a darker vibe but still want it to feel thoughtful and fun, Jack’s room is 100% worth doing
