A special team arrives on scene to eliminate the danger. Meanwhile, it is revealed that the attack was planned by a scientist working there to take revenge for being fired. The bomb is located in the fourth block of the power plant. He also hid the shutdown code in the same place before disappearing. They have been looking for it ever since.
