What if Thomas Edison actually found a way to talk to spirits in the afterlife? In 1920, the legendary inventor wrote that he had begun work on a device to pierce the veil between worlds. (100% fact!) Now, age-old rumors of a sightings and a hidden laboratory have been uncovered in downtown Columbus - has the "Wizard of Menlo Park" left a trail of clues for someone to find and follow? The Mission: Locate the lab, if possible, find the hidden device, and activate it. The Challenge: Solve the mystery within 60 minutes. Great story from start to end where the puzzles made sense to the theme and story. We came back to Columbus to try out this room as it wasn’t built when we did their Houdini’s Secret. Puzzle elements were new and creative. Would definitely recommend their rooms.

Magic Escape Rooms never disappoints! I love how the game starts as soon as you get off the elevator. You can tell the owner puts a lot of thought into his storyline and build of the space. Highly recommend for all levels.

We had a blast! I played with my partner and we got to play both of the rooms back to back, we thoroughly enjoyed the stories, set, and really cool puzzles! Our GM helped us with lots of small nudges, and walked us through some puzzles when we were getting really close on time.

I really appreciate the feedback on Morty! It's a win to host 2 players who love escape rooms and also thoroughly enjoy the stories and atmosphere we’ve crafted for both our Gen 3 missions. We purposely moved away from traditional 'puzzle-centric' formats to create an experience where the narrative leads the way.
