For the last couple of years I have stood by another escape room as the best ever. THIS room. The Dome - wins hands down for me!!

For an investigation, you and your team will take part in ten tests at THE DOME Research Facilities. At the same time, the life-threatening criminal cyborg Hector undergoes the first ever CMNT (controlled molecular neuro transmission) treatment on a cyborg. Hector oddly appears not to be sensitive to the treatment and thus manages to hack THE DOME's system with his internal computer during one of the tests. At the same time, his henchmen on the other side of the world, Thommas Wigg, manage to take out THE DOME's head of security. Because of this, there is nothing that can stop Hector's outbreak. With the result; the escape of an extremely high dose of sodium cyclate into the examination room. You and your team will become intoxicated by this substance and from that moment on will end up in a severe hallucination. After Hector's escape, will you and your team manage to let go of all logic and go along with the flow of your hallucination? Or do you get entangled in the illusion that you still have some idea of what reality is under the influence of Sodium Cyclate ...

Such a fun concept, really great and different puzzles and not a lock or key in sight! The atmosphere definitely holds a lot of apprehension and tension so slightly more on the spooky side. Definitely a must do in the Netherlands. Also the lounge area for before and after is wonderful.

We flew out to play this game after hearing so many reviews. The actual concept of the game and the way they have created it is exceptional. The construction of the game is faultless, we are still in awe at how some of the puzzles worked. We were slightly taken out of the atmosphere due to the spooky nature of the room and experiencing moments of darkness and uncertainty. This is why if you are like us to play in a group of a minimum of 4. I would say however that you must experience this room, there really is not an experience like it elsewhere.

An unassuming building in an industrial estate hides an incredible experience. The waiting area is the finest I’ve seen with a host of games to play and a great wee bar to keep you fed and watered. I didn’t know to expect and hadn’t read ahead. I’m unsure if this was wise. Maybe I wouldn’t have done this room if I’d read about it. I’m not going to give any spoilers so I’ll just say it’s the craziest thing I’ve ever done. I’m still not really sure what I did or why. I’ve watched the video of our progress back and I still don’t know what I did or why. I have no idea how things happened but I do know I laughed a lot, had an amazing time and would highly recommend this experience to others. To be clear this is an experience and not an escape room. Bring as many people as you can find and have an unforgettable experience of your own.

We played the dome about a month ago and somehow I’m still progressing what we experienced there. It’s definitely one of my top favourite rooms and the first room I’d love to play a second time to understand better how it works.

This room was a good part of why we visited this particular part of the world, and it lived up to the hype. The design was excellent, and we grew an increased appreciation for it when we looked through our highlights at the end. A nice mix of physical and mental puzzles, and enough here to keep us busy for the hour. The lighting design was a particular highlight for me. Very glad that we made the effort to come here!

We had this room on our to do list for quite some time now and now we finally did it. This room ist full of Action and fun riddles. The Set is also great. Definitely not something for beginners as you have to move fast.
