For an investigation, you and your team will take part in ten tests at THE DOME Research Facilities. At the same time, the life-threatening criminal cyborg Hector undergoes the first ever CMNT (controlled molecular neuro transmission) treatment on a cyborg. Hector oddly appears not to be sensitive to the treatment and thus manages to hack THE DOME's system with his internal computer during one of the tests. At the same time, his henchmen on the other side of the world, Thommas Wigg, manage to take out THE DOME's head of security. Because of this, there is nothing that can stop Hector's outbreak. With the result; the escape of an extremely high dose of sodium cyclate into the examination room. You and your team will become intoxicated by this substance and from that moment on will end up in a severe hallucination. After Hector's escape, will you and your team manage to let go of all logic and go along with the flow of your hallucination? Or do you get entangled in the illusion that you still have some idea of what reality is under the influence of Sodium Cyclate ...

Absolutely mindblowing escape room, the best I've ever done (including numerous TERPECA #1s). Just go in without reading anything; you won't regret it. It's phenomenal. I want to write more, but I don't want to spoil anything... it's amazing. I've enjoyed a lot of escape rooms. But sometimes, they forget the goal is to be fun. The Dome was fun, from start to finish. (Shout out to the GM we had, she was wonderful!)

Incredibly novel. Really well done... they get a bit of a pass due to the story telling technique chosen.

We did it with 2 (and got out with 8 minutes to spare), but another person wouldn't have hurt! There's some parts that were modified to work with 2 people, but I wouldn't have hated having a third.

Mind absolutely blown by this experience! For as much hype as this room gets, it absolutely surpassed my expectations. You must experience this room. Even if you aren’t a fan of the particular puzzle styles it is hard to imagine anyone would be impressed with the engineering of this room. Just wow! 🤯🤯🤯

The dome bills itself as an acid trip and certainly delivers on that premise. It is a wild right that leaves you with no idea what will happen. The room design is spectacular and worth the price of entry alone. The transitions are wild and really create an unreal adventure. It is a next level escape room that feels like it was made by a “very intoxicated” Walt Disney. However, I would very very strongly recommend not playing this game with two people. The game has a variable difficulty level, and with two people we didn’t feel like we were accomplishing much other than moving between environments. It was also extremely overstimulating, which with fewer hands can make completing simple tasks feel impossible. For these reasons, we felt let down by the puzzling, and there was only 1 or 2 moments that gave us the proper puzzling satisfaction. I think the dome is an important part of the history of top escape rooms, but it certainly is not for everyone. Bring a good team, prepare yourself for the trip, and enjoy an extremely unique and wild experience!
