Absolutely incredible room. 13th Hour knocks it out of the park YET AGAIN! Always fantastic rooms. The set for this room was phenomenal. Great storyline as well. This room was 2 hours, and you NEEDED those 2 hours. This room is quite intense, so bring your best puzzlers with you! Go play this room!

Gameplay

Great puzzles. Super innovative and fun. Did require some visual cueing for completions., though.

Atmosphere

Absolutely breathtaking set.

Easily my favorite and the most refined experience at 13th Hour, out of this, Campground and Oz. Fall Harvest grew in both scale and size from their previous builds but also shows restraint in its difficulty level in a way that Campground would have benefited from without sacrificing puzzle complexity. An excellent use of a very large space that keeps you traversing back and forth for the entirety of the game in a very satisfying way and “a-ha” moments that manifest from both solves and story progression in equal measure. Fall Harvest is a wonderful build with a sophistication and fairness in puzzle design with a satisfying sense of progression throughout its two hour run time. A puzzle could have used some signposting to connect two disparate pieces that did lead to a satisfying solve and we ran into a completely un-clued search fail that our game host quickly intervened and assisted with. Overall, the puzzling relied heavily on verbal communication across a large space and all of the solutions felt logical and earned. This game would play well with two enthusiasts who have played together frequently but can easily accommodate six players of any experience level. I liked Oz, I loved Campground, and I adore Fall Harvest. One of my favorite games on the east coast of the USA and worth a trip out of the city the next time you’re in New York. Watching 13th Hour continue to level up and find a polish and balance to their games over the last few years makes me beyond excited to see what they do next.

Stylistically similar to 13th hour’s other rooms. Lots of content/puzzles; pretty difficult. Fun actor interactions!

What a game! Fall Harvest has taken the cake for my top room at 13th Hour, and is one of the best games I’ve played so far. The set is expansive and detailed, the puzzles are interesting and engaging, and the special effects and transitions left my group speechless. The story was well-designed and we were continuously learning more and more about the festival and the farm’s activities. There was never a dull moment. The game is not perfect, however, and we had some audio issues (great music choices, btw) as well as a fluke with an unlocked door (which was handled perfectly by the staff and turned into a humorous moment that ended up being a highlight of the game for me). 13th Hour has solidified themselves as a destination with this game, improving on top of their original Hayden family games as well as their Wizard of Oz and Campground rooms. The venue is 100% worth a trip, and I can safely say Fall Harvest is one of the top rooms in the NY/NJ area.

I cannot praise this place enough, every escape room they have is always of the highest quality. Somehow Fall Harvest even tops that. Easily the best escape room I’ve ever done in my life.

13th continues to make large and impressive sets and escape rooms while still maintaining immersive environments with good puzzles. The main difficulty of this room comes from the size. If you aren’t good with notes then you will be running all around a lot more.

A lot of unique puzzles and mechanics that definitely make the room stand out as one of kind. I’m not sure where I’d rank it in the grand scheme of 13th hour rooms. Me personally I think a 90 minute room is my max I can handle, but overall a must experience escape room if you love 13th hour

Thought the room was amazing but the 2 hr time scheme was a long time to be in puzzle breaker mode. There was a ton of fun new mechanics that we really enjoyed. Over all really solid game built out the outstanding scene dressing we have all come to expect from 13th Hour!

Here’s a polished version of your review: --- 13th Hour Escape Rooms is BY FAR one of my all-time favorite escape room venues. I’ve played every one of their games—and I would absolutely play them all again. Their newest room, *Fall Harvest*, definitely did not disappoint! This two-hour immersive experience left us speechless. I played with a group of six others with mixed experience levels, and we escaped with just seven seconds to spare. From start to finish, the game was packed with twists and turns, surprising elements, and so many “there’s no way!” moments that I’m still in awe. Whoever designs these rooms deserves an award. If you haven’t made it here yet, it’s worth the trip no matter where you live. I’m already looking forward to whatever they create next!

9.6/10 Fall Harvest is not just our favorite game at 13th Hour, but our new top rated game that we have ever played. 13th Hour just doesn’t know how to miss, and they absolutely knocked it out of the park with this two hour experience. My girlfriend and I finished with 28 minutes left on the clock, but don’t get it twisted. This game is MASSIVE, and there wasn’t a single moment where we weren’t both fully locked in and working on something. The set is the biggest and grandest we’ve seen from 13th Hour, packed with a harvest of “wow” moments, probably the most we’ve ever experienced in any room. Without spoiling anything, there’s one element in this room that we’ve never seen before and honestly don’t think we’ll see again anywhere else. Every reveal kept one upping the previous one, building toward a very satisfying ending that ties beautifully into the story and all connects perfectly. This is a two hour experience and has every right to be, with impressive puzzle density and so many things to do. We were constantly engaged with no downtime whatsoever. The puzzles themselves were fun, intuitive, consistently rewarding to solve, and we always felt a sense of satisfaction when cracking them. There wasn’t a single puzzle that didn’t make sense. Each one felt purposeful, helped progress the story, and delivered that seamless flow from start to finish. Fall Harvest is clearly designed with enthusiasts in mind, and puzzle lovers will truly appreciate the craftsmanship and care that went into every detail of this room. As we’ve said, this is now our highest rated experience and an absolute MUST DO for anyone reading this. Do yourselves a favor. Head over to 13th Hour Escapes, play Fall Harvest, and drop us a message after. We’d love to hear your thoughts!
