135 escape rooms
I was prepared to give this a Thumbs Up until we were cut 3 minutes short. We may have been able to escape if we were given the full 60 minutes. We arrived 7 minutes ahead of our scheduled time instead of the 15 minutes they tell you and apparently that means you will lose time in your room. Kinda BS if you ask me and not great customer service. Especially with so many other great game room options nearby in SC, NC and Atlanta area. Our GM Leia was nice and provided us with nudges to help us when we were getting stuck, so that was a positive. Regarding the room itself... The room has potential but falls a little short of being a good room and far short of a great room. According to their social media posts, they flipped the old Outbreak room into this room in a matter of just a few days. IMO it shows as the design and decor are mediocre but not good by today's standards. In addition, there is no ambient sounds or anything other than a little dark Dracula-like decor to really get you immersed into the game. The puzzles were not bad. But again, nothing cool or exciting. On the positive, the puzzles did mostly fit the theme. There were three puzzles in particular that I felt made it take longer than it should because of their implementation. With a little tweaking they would have been fun puzzles without unnecessary time wasted figuring out the difference between a few symbols that were not clear or waiting on GM hints/confirmation that were not really important to the game.

Customer service
Our GM Leia was nice but we really didn't appreciate losing 3 minutes of game time after arriving 7 minutes before our scheduled time.
