The Great Gamenight Escape

I think there were a few fiddly components that made for a less than pleasant experience. With just a few minor upgrades, they could make the puzzles a bit less frustrating. Yes, it was a bit tough to know how to get started. I hope the other rooms are better but this just didn’t quite do it for me.

If I were to describe the game in one word I would say “simple” or “OK”. Had some doors that didn’t open but it happens. Nothing special but nothing bad either.

We needed clues. The biggest hiccup was where to start this one and over thinking things. The last puzzle is a doozy but again overthinking is probably your enemy on this one. It’s also a nice spacious room so it might be good for a large group. I would definitely recommend this as a good first time room.

Sierra was VERY helpful; it was a slow start to the game but ended very enticing.

Codebusters does it again!! Fun room that flows really well, on the easier side but still has some puzzles that stumped my team. Truly felt like you stepped into a board game. 10/10
