I think this is their newest room which is shocking because it looked so worn out already. There was no logic to almost any of the puzzles. I don't mind it being a free-for-all / nonlinear but we needed repeated help and in addition, the staff was too busy resetting rooms and helping customers in the lobby to answer for clues. Previously did their location in Green Brook and had a blast with family but this was probably in my bottom five experiences out of 370 plus rooms.
Gameplay
There was nothing fun about it. It was all a struggle.
Atmosphere
There were things in there that were certainly Vegas but it didn't really matter. Things didn't seem to work and everything seemed old and broken down.
Customer service
We were greeted by one game master we never saw again. We then had several times where we were asking for a clue and waited 5 to 7 minutes. I had to keep going out to ask the staff to watch the computers because they were busy resetting rooms.
