I always hate writing a bad review, especially cause I want every escape room company to do well (especially the ones in Michigan)! However, this was possibly the worst escape room I’ve ever done. For a group of five, usually only 1 to 2 people could be doing a thing at a time. Often times there was no indication of what to do next until an audio would come over the screen and tell you what to do. As a group of five that have done several escape rooms (80-100+) and set several records at various escape rooms, all we could feel was frustration, and we could not even escape the “hard mode” of this room (we later found out that only 2 groups had ever escaped hard mode). This shows a poor design of an escape room. Additionally, there were several locks in this room that weren’t even used. The room had only been open since last year and it was hard to read the black light cause it was so faded and not maintained. One puzzle required the game master to confirm answers for each clue - which is just another example of poor design. Try the Dwelling here if you must or just save your money and go to Ideal Escape or Adventure Mode.
