Welcome to Jurassic Island, the world’s biggest, most expensive and most ambitious escape game ever made. Full size dinosaurs, giant volcano, fossils, and a mysterious twisted story are all part of a challenge so life-like and surreal, you might just think it’s real.

Jurassic Island is a great and natural progression from Countdown's current games. They took the immersion and technology to the next level. (Who knew they still had room to do that?) With that being said, this room felt more like a visit to a children's museum in 2010 than an escape room. The puzzles weren't very puzzly; mostly task based. And almost every task/puzzle you had to do too many times/for too long, so it could get a little boring. I imagine that based on how the room was created, Countdown will have the opportunity to take feedback and improve the experience. If so, I look forward to trying the room again when they do.

Amazing room by Countdown Games, as always! Their rooms are always over the top, extremely immersive, and high-quality. This room as a huge "wow" factor that I think is great for any escape room enthusiast or rookie. The puzzles tend towards task-based rather than logic-based puzzles, but the room itself and the technology are next-level!

Unique gameplay and some very creative puzzles! The room felt more task-based rather than logic puzzle based, and some could easily become a bottleneck
Extremely well-done atmosphere! One of, if not, the most immersive room at Countdown Games

Hello! Thank you so much for being a fan and for your kind words about Jurassic Island! We wanted the gameplay to be more "mission-focused" involving the egg and have a sense of realism with the research facility. We didn't feel that filling it with riddles and locks would deliver that. Nonetheless, we wanted to fill the game with state-of -the-art technology never before seen in any escape game in the world and we are thrilled to hear your reaction. Our most requested and popular difficulty by our customers is "Medium" since our average customer tells us they just want to have fun. Game difficulties / ratings are a tough balance to strike since we also have enthusiasts who play that usually want a hard challenge. The sequel, presently referred to as "Part 2" (no official name has been decided upon yet), will be more challenging. Thanks again for your review. See you around! 😉 - Countdown Games Team
