Alone

This was not a good experience for us. There were malfunctions in the room when sensors did not trigger correctly, and we were unable to get anyone to respond to us for assistance using the technology provided. When we tried to exit the room, the doorknob fell off. We were locked in the room, so we had to call the facility more than once to receive assistance to be able to trigger the game to continue. When the game concluded, we had to wait over 5 minutes for someone to let us out of the room. The storyline was not our favorite, and the puzzles didn't really correspond with the theme of the information in the room. We tend to prefer nonlinear rooms, and this was the opposite... but this is obviously a preference. Overall not the best service and several malfunctions. We were very disappointed.
