An unnerving series of cold, unexplained death cases have been in the news. Sudden cardiac arrest and a petrified expression of terror on dead faces have made the case the talk of the town. Could it really be a Video tape? That’s at least what the rumors suggest! This could be your encounter with the unholy and slain Samara. As they say, she is out of her well and in search of her next victim. This thrilling storyline is one of the highlights of our escape room.

Amazing experience! A good horror escape room on par with top horror themed rooms around the world. The live actor delivered a memorable experience and was integral to the atmosphere. From the moment we entered, we were immersed in an atmospheric set where rounding every corner was tense. The lighting was not just dim (and pitch dark at times) - but also choreographed by your GM to create a top experience. High production value! The difficulty of the puzzles taken in isolation were not difficult. It's the horror element that make things feel harder than they are. At some point, one player may need to accomplish a part of the game on their own - and that's when you can feel it with certainty that the game has truly begun! Yes, expect jump scares and well-time appearances by the live actor. But, there is no physical touching - regardless of how close the interaction may be. You do get a flashlight of sorts, but it is also controlled by the GM (maintains the immersion by "responding" to paranormal events) to curate the experience for you. The set design was quite immersive! Even mundane elements like walls were designed with purpose. Although you are inside a multi-story building in real life, once the game starts, you feel you are elsewhere until you exit! The finale was executed wonderfully! There wasn't a visible timer in the room - but you are able to get time checks from the GM. Communication with the GM (and with your team if in separate sections) is through walkie-talkie. Our GM was engaged and following our game closely. A group of 4-5 would be well suited for this game just because sharing horror is more fun with people. Fans of The Ring would really appreciate this one!

Ideal number of players

4

A group of 4-5 would be well suited for this game just because sharing horror is more fun with people. Any more could detract from the experience. Fewer would dial up the isolation factor in horror sequences (unless you prefer it that way!). We were a group of 3. 4 is the sweet spot.

Scary

πŸ’©πŸ‘–

The atmosphere is scary. The live actor takes it to a scarier level! Some sequences were executed so well. There is no physical touching. Solid performance.
