game master and staff were very nice but the puzzles didn’t flow very well. the whole design of the room was super cool though

Terrible room, worse experience…The room literally makes no sense. I’m okay with not linear puzzles but this has not even a line to follow. Our game master was not friendly and was rushing to leave bc it was late already.

Having visited The Wizarding World of Harry Potter: Diagon Alley in Universal Studios and Hogsmeade in Universal’s Islands of Adventure, I hoped to find another Harry Potter themed immersive experience, and was pleased that Cubo delivered. The theme was wonderfully executed. I enjoyed the goal of searching for Horcruxes, which felt familiar and understandable. I think I recall Harry Potter music playing, which added to the experience. My boyfriend and I went to an escape room, which was silent, that felt flat in comparison. I enjoyed that some areas were brightly lit and some areas were dim, changing the mood. My favorite rooms give me a range of emotions, which welcomingly occurred in a subtle manner. The game master was cordial, helpful, respectful, and enthusiastic. Her energy made the experience better. My boyfriend and I had an amazing time completing the room.

This room was a lot of fun but didn’t flow as good as some other rooms I’ve been in. Overall however, I can recommend this, especially if you like magic and Harry Potter themed things.

A very interactive room and a must for Harry Potter fans

There wasn’t a good puzzle flow. When we solved something it didn’t lead us to our next puzzle. Over really bad puzzle design. Also some props were not working and the employee entered multiple times to fix things.
