Space: a black void of marauders, warlords, scavengers & gangs — the refuse of the galaxy, all scraping to survive in the void. Holding it together is Tempus, the last noble alliance of humanity. Then there's you. You know this life. You ARE this life — a ragtag bunch of space pirates fresh out of luck. Your last score was gonna set you up for good. Turns out it just got you caught. You bagged the crew of some dinky little pod ship & Tempus nabbed you red-handed. Here's the kicker: you blew it. That "dinky" pod was the score of the millennium, & you let it slip right out from under your nose. It was one of the lost Orion pod. The legend goes back to the end of The Last Great War, when Earth was left a dying, ashen rock. In the war's final hour, Tempus launched five pods — The Orions — deep into the galaxy, each holding something vital to Earth's rebirth, to be brought home once the danger passed. But they never made it back. Lost for centuries, until now. And you had one in your hands: the Orion-V, carrying the last endemic bio-samples that could bring Earth back to life — now powered down & drifting the void, thanks to you. Idiot. Tempus wants that pod, & they have someone dispensable. You & your misfit crew. So here's the deal: 60 minutes to board the Orion-V, restore her power, fire her engines & bring her home — before her reserves die & all hope is lost. Fail, & rot in space prison forever. Succeed, & become a legend — earn a full pardon & a place among the Tempus elite, or slip the leash, pull the heist of the millennium & live like a space-king...unless your caught. The choice is yours, pirate. What's it gonna be?
