In 1925 our city of Statesville had a devastating fire that nearly leveled three city blocks. The fire was started when the hidden still at Key and Co exploded after being left unattended. The owner of the still had been nabbed by police and no one was able to find the hidden valve key to release the pressure from the still in time to save our city. Your escape room adventure entertainment begins as your team is selected to travel back in time to prevent the explosion. We have built a time portal machine and have the opportunity to send your team back in time for only one hour to try to save the still and our city from ruin. The pressure is on as you race the clock. Many surprises await. As with many of our escape games, there are special effects used. Some physical agility is required for this room. If you have mobility issues, please call our staff before booking. If you have a medical condition that would be impacted by strobes or fog effects, please call to discuss with our team - some accommodations can be made with advanced notice.

Props and music were amazing!
Staff was very helpful and we had the pleasure of speaking with the room's creator afterwards. What a great time.

This was by far the best room we’ve ever done! The authenticity of everything in the room to match that moment in time was incredible. Even the history and story of the room before going in was super intriguing. Everything was so clever. We were constantly left guessing and in awe of all the work and details put into the room. We can’t wait to try their other rooms!
The gameplay was amazing. It really made you think while also keeping things set in that moment of time. Almost everything did something or meant something and it kept you guessing the entire time. By far the best room we’ve ever experienced!
The room was outstanding. It really took you back in time and made it feel authentic. The special effects were off the chart. I could’ve spent the first half of the game just admiring the work that was put into making the room.
Our host Roger was amazing. He really set the scene and got us super excited for the room.

Was the coolest escape room ive done yet! The staff are super cool and the level of detail and of the set and the puzzles are outstanding! I would 100% recommend this one, we had a blast and barely escaped.

Our game master Elise was so interactive and fun! She got us set up for the room and into the theming right from the get go. Will definitely be back for another room

This room started with an amazing story and continued all the way through. Our team of three was able to divide and conquer in the beginning and then there were some great team work puzzles. The location was amazing and they used the building to their advantage to make the story even more real. We had a blast and this room was worth the drive from Philadelphia!

This is honestly in my Top 5 favorite rooms I have completed so far. The amount of time and energy spent in this room was beyond anything I have experienced. I was super impressed by the puzzles and how well everything was laid out. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a great challenge.
The staff was super friendly and gave us so much history on the game and the building itself. I can not recommend this place enough.

Ive done over 40 rooms. This room is in my top 5. The quality and theming of this room are amazing. Elise was the absolute best game master. She gave us so much fun history and facts about the building and it all ties together with this room. Would recommend this room 10/10

I loved this room. It was a challenge and not typical of most escape rooms that we have done. Matt was our game master and he was great.

Fun room with some interesting history behind it! This entire company operates within a historical Catholic Church. This not only lends to the plot of this room, but also the structure. They really used the chapel building effectively. Puzzle wise, there are a lot of puzzles, a lot of searching, and a lot of locks. Definitely a lot for 2 people so we were very much under pressure. But we managed to get a bit of extra time and much needed hints. I do think this on the hard side, but mostly fair. The GM running our room was extremely enthusiastic and nice! He knows the mystery behind the history, and speaking easy about speakeasys is natural for him!
