This multi million dollar mansion is making headlines, and not in a good way. One of the family members of this mansion has committed a string of murders and youβve been tasked to figure out which family member is the culprit. You better hurry, though, because once the clock strikes midnight you might become the next victim. Set inside a fancy mansion, this game is full of tricks and turns you wonβt see coming!

The wonderful staff let the two of us play the room that is slated for 4-10. We needed at least one extra set of hands. If we had that extra bit of help, I think we could have escaped in time. This room was epic!!! The setting was gorgeous and really immersed you into the world of a murder mystery. The puzzles were challenging and have you wonderful moments upon solving them. I loved the technology employed and set this room as my gold standard. This is a must do room in my opinion. My only complaint would be that after everything we encountered the final puzzle had the feeling that they just ran out of steam. It wasn't anything that ruined the room but it was a moment of "Really?" I want and need to come back and do the rest of the rooms.

One of the best rooms ever! Lots of cool puzzles! So many puzzles and so many rooms. Many were high tech. This is a must do room with a lot of unique aspects. Loved it! Warning: There are stairs (not everybody has to walk them) and one person has to crawl to open a door.
So much fun! And many new and different puzzles! So many puzzles!
High tech props!
The staff is always great!

Very impressive room with neat technology and innovative puzzles that I had never seen before! The set, especially the 1st part and a certain room, were amazing and wowed us! Unfortunately, there are a few puzzles that really slow the pace and wasted our much needed precious time (as we were a group of 2). But still recommend booking a stay at this murder mansion.

This one truly lived up to the hype! Right when you step in, you are immersed in the story. There was a good variation of puzzles, some physical, some scavenger hunt, and some more cerebral. The logic ones were a lot of fun, and this room definitely had a wow factor in terms of setting and scenery! This was more linear than many other rooms we've tried, but the flow worked so well that it didn't cause any complaints. A couple puzzles would have been a lot easier with more than 2 people, but we still made it out. Countdown is such an impressive location--- we did two rooms during this stay and definitely plan to be back!

Unique puzzles and very impressive decor!
The story itself wasn't incredibly unique, but the integration of the experience was awesome!

Some puzzles were more time -consuming, but also tricky!

My husband and I had a tough time with some of the puzzles because it was just two of us. I would definitely recommend more than two!

A lot of the puzzles involved, counting and searching for things. Younger kids could certainly enjoy this!

There were some stairs to climb, and you had to duck a little bit as well.
Stairs and ducking would make it hard for those with mobility concerns!

A fun game with some challenging puzzles. Not all the puzzles are great, but the set design is fantastic. We didnβt love the feel of the lobby, felt sterile and the game masters are right in the hallways, but the staff are friendly and the game was a lot of fun.

The technology in this room is awesome and surprising every step of the way. The game flows very well and it always seems obvious what the next step is. Very on theme and well executed.
Everything in this room flowed well together! Very linear in the best way!
Super cool technology really brought this room together! The set is already impressive but it is even better because of its interactivity.
The game master was helpful when one section of the room malfunctioned.

The technology in this room is what makes it stand out so much. Very cool and very different from other rooms.
The story in this room feels more thought through than other rooms at Countdown.
Hard
The puzzles by themselves arenβt incredibly difficult, what makes this room challenging is the multitude of puzzles. Thereβs just a lot of stuff to do in this game.

The tech in this room surprised me in a great way!

This game doesnβt have any really compact spaces but you donβt want to have too many people in a linear game. My preference would be 6 people because you can spread out but you can also work together well.

I think that this room could be fun for younger players but definitely not for groups of younger players. Kids around age 10 should go in with adults to have a better chance of getting out.

There was one puzzle that malfunction but our game master helped us bypass it.

There are stairs at some point but not everyone needs to go upstairs. Very manageable.
One of the most accessible at Countdown Games. The spaces are bigger and the stairs arenβt required for everyone.

Countdown Games is a large building that stands out.

There is a lot of parking but itβs also relatively busy.

This was a fun game and we enjoyed it a lot. The story was fun and the room looked terrific. The puzzles were good, mostly linear, but fun and relevant puzzles. We did have a little delay with a prop in the middle of the game that slowed us a bit. The ending was a little bit of a letdown but the rest was top notch. We took our 10 year old grandson too and he helped and had a blast. We only needed 1 hint at the very end and escaped with 8 minutes to go. Very enjoyable game.
Puzzles were fun and a few unique ones. We did have a small hiccup on one prop not opening but it finally did. Otherwise it was great. It is probably the best game at Countdown.
Whole game looked great.

We left this room blown away. Wanting more of whatever countdown games is selling. If you have never done an escape room, this one may be difficult, but doable. If you love escape rooms like my family does, you will LOOOOVE this room. I donβt think Iβve ever seen a more immersive and well-thought out escape room before. We drove in from out of town to go to this particular room and we left awe-struck. Worth the drive and worth the effort. The puzzles were innovative and the mechanics and technology were like weβve never seen before. I canβt say enough amazing things about this room. We canβt wait to do more with Countdown Games!!! If they had availability, we would have booked immediately!
Very linear and teamwork required
Iβve never seen a better set design!
The staff were all so kind and eager to make conversation! One of the set designers gave us a quick glance at another room heβs created and I was blown away by the realistic feel of the ship.

Not only was it one of the largest sets weβve been on, it was also a really great flow.
Weβve done murder mystery before, but never something like this. Very cool.
