I got a disturbing phone call hours before our scheduled time. It was to let me know the game was down currently but they hoped to get it back up and running by the time we got there. Unfortunately, that did not happen but they more than took care of us by giving us discount, and keeping us informed of the status. They were able to get it up by the next day and schedule us in. I really appreciated the call ahead of time and the way they handled our problem. So worth all the trouble since this was a fantastic room and we all loved it!! We had 7 of us, which is probably 2 too many since one of the rooms is a little small. 4 or 5 is probably the best number.
