A MILLION WAYS IN, ONE WAY OUT The year is 1955. You’ve been wrongfully accused of a crime, and sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole. Your new “home” is a cell that once belonged to an inmate who disappeared without a trace…or did he? Some claim he escaped. Others swear he was murdered by the infamously cruel warden. But no one actually knows… can you escape before you suffer the same fate?

5 escape rooms

Very enjoyable. Great staff, fun puzzles (with variety), and good atmosphere.

Gameplay

Gameplay was a lot of fun! Rooms flowed went smooth.

Atmosphere

Super cool! The cool looked like an actual cell. There was a slide to another room! Really, really cool to look at.

Customer service

Staff was very kind. Our Gm was quick to give the information. Only really spoke up when we talked about putting items down pipes, oops.

Particularly interesting or different

Yes

Yes. There was a variety of puzzles. This one actually splits groups into 2, and the rooms have to communicate to each other.

Story

The concept that someone escaped or maybe died along the way was there, but it wasn’t super prominent. It felt less like you were following someone who’d escaped before, and more like you were figuring it out for yourself.

Difficulty

Hard

The hardest part I’d say was trying to communicate between rooms. You had to shout, and you couldn’t necessarily know whether they had something you needed or skipped over it, etc. some of the puzzles were also a bit more complex than others I’ve done. There was very little math, the one problem was easy.

Game tech

Mechanical

Really didn’t have a lot of technical aspects besides music. Some doors opened, and items dropped, but it was primarily physical.

Ideal number of players

8

We did it with 7, thought that was a pretty comfortable number. My recommendation would be 4-8, with an even number.

Scary

Not scary

There was a slide, so if you’re not super comfortable with that, keep that in mind. One group also had to reach into a toilet.

Minimum age

Was anything broken?

No

Live actors

No

Physically active

Not at all

Slide, other than that, it was really just walking around. No climbing, running, climbing, etc.

Accessibility

There was one room that may be difficult for mobility, three steps up to a slightly higher platform, and some keys on top of higher things. Bring reading glasses, there is quite a bit to read, some small text. There were no sound, or color related puzzles.

Easy to find location

Yes

Parking

Easy

Right beneath the same building. Went at 1 on a Saturday. Parking garage was cheap with lots of space. Address listed on the website.

Prison break was so fun! We did it with two people and definitely found it challenging, but it’s doable for experienced escapers. We did all five rooms at Escape Games and this was my favorite, but you really can’t go wrong here. All their games are so well thought out and the theming is phenomenal.

3 escape rooms

This was the first escape room I ever did and it is my favorite so far. It was just me and my boyfriend so it was challenging but we managed to escape with 2 minutes left. I wish I could erase my memory and do this one again because it was such an awesome experience.

Welcome to my favorite room of all time! First off, don't do this room with less that 4 people! There is so much to do and see that if you don't have excellent eyes, you are going to miss something. There is a lot of team work that you need to use to get yourself out of these rooms, and the story, we'll that is just utterly epic. I highly suggest that you make sure that you have all your affairs in order, becuase once the cells close, it's VERY hard to get out! Please go enough thisnroom!
