Really cool room with some hard puzzles!! Had to really think outside the box for this one!

This room was cool, a unique theme although the story wasn’t well integrated throughout the room. Mainly mechanical puzzles with a few high tech sprinkled it, but overall a good variety. The room is starting to look and feel a little bit dated but still aesthetically looks fairly decent (and isn’t covered in do not touch stickers). Would be a hard room for beginners probably a medium/ hard for the enthusiasts. A nice experience and we’d love to see what else adventure rooms has to offer on our next visit to Melbourne! Solid 7/10

Completed The Black Queen with 2 people. It had a creepy atmosphere but no jump scares or horror elements. This was a harder room with a lot of keys and locks. It had some interesting puzzles and even one that was “across” rooms, which we ended up needing a clue about. We ran out of time but were offered 5 extra mins to complete the room as we were really close to finishing. I would recommend trying this room with 4 people as there were a lot of puzzles to solve in the time given.

A traditional style escape room with lots of locks and keys to work through The Black Queen was probably my favourite of the 3 at the Lt Collins venue. It had a nice flow with some cool puzzles I hadn’t seen before. The theming was cool decoratively but the puzzles themselves could’ve tied in a bit more as the two felt fairly disjointed. The story wasn’t super forefront which is forgivable due to the now aging style of escape room this falls into. Could do with a facelift both aesthetically and in regards to story but overall still a very fun experience.

The Black Queen was my first experience with Adventure Rooms and it was a really memorable introduction. A small room with plenty of hidden elements and entertaining puzzles, it's well dressed and favours the more experienced player. Worth checking out!

This room was fun! A few different puzzles I’d never seen before. A lot of locks and keys and codes, sometimes where a code could be for a couple of locks/puzzles, but overall was fun
